JANUARY: Festival del Chocolate

Who doesn’t like chocolate? Even more: Traditional Mexican chocolate. Calling all #ChocolateLovers, wait for a little to start that new year’s detox and instead, relish on the benefits of chocolate in this decadent festival of flavors.

FEBRUARY: Brazilian Carnival

Make your heart beat with the sounds of the Brazilian percussion and enjoy caipiriñas with a buffet specially made with Batucada rhythm. Dance at the beach club under the moon and feeling the sand. Definitely, something to remember.

MARCH: La Huasteca en Cabo

La Huasteca is a geographical and cultural region located in Mexico along the Gulf of Mexico which includes parts of the states of Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Puebla, Hidalgo, San Luis Potosí, and Querétaro. It is roughly defined as the area in which the Huastec people had influence when their civilization was at its height in the Mesoamerican period. The traditions of this civilization include native food that will transport you to ancient times.

APRIL: Taco Fest

The most anticipated food festival of the year is taking over Cabo. Over 30 Restaurants will be participating to win the trophy to the best taco in the city. Get ready for a day filled with the widest variety of tacos! Come hungry, get ready for the Taco Fest!

MAY: Game & Wine & Grill

Get ready to unleash your inner carnivore as El Tapanco Chefs bring on the meat! Leg of a beast, roast suckling pig, lamb shank, even a tri-tip sandwich … it’s meat that can’t be beaten!

JUNE: Probemos México

32 traditional cooks will take over the kitchens of large hotels and restaurants to dance in their corridors, leaving a trail of excitement, flavors, and traditional knowledge. A Unique, tasty festival with a social cause.

JULY: War of Chefs

Young and not-so-young chefs will prepare a battle of flavors and cooking techniques to compete for the best dish. Be the judge in this friendly battle of Chefs!

AUGUST: Canasta Surprise

Spices talk to me! Enroll in this healthy & tasty festival of flavors with spices, vegetables, and protein to be held at El Tapanco Restaurant. 5 Chefs will be given a surprise basket with original ingredients, they will have 1 minute to decide what to do with them and cook for you. You determine which dish is the best. Let best one win!

SEPTEMBER: Independencia de México

The most festive Mexican fiesta. On September 15th enjoy fireworks and Mexican Buffett with Chilaquiles, Pozole, Margaritas and traditional fare at El Rincón Culinario.

OCTOBER: Oktoberfest

Craft beer will take over Casa del Mar to host Oktoberfest. Live music, tapas, and a wide variety of beers to taste. Salud!

NOVEMBER: Oaxaca en Cabo

The 4rth edition of Oaxaca en Cabo will be held at El Rincón Culinario with the traditional Cook Juana Amaya, bringing all the flavors from Oaxaca, being the Mole Oaxaqueño one of the stars in this food fest.

DECEMBER: New Year’s Eve (surprise theme)

Each and every year, parties all over Cabo have been getting more remarkable, with theme cotillon, firework, deluxe buffet, and drinks. Casa Dorada host one of the best parties of the state, with live shows, and gourmet food while enjoying fireworks at Médano Beach. One of the biggest parties in town.
