We feel very proud to announce that Casa Dorada has received the Golden Apple Award for outstanding service and excellent quality!
The Golden Apple Award is one of the most coveted awards in the travel industry. Chosen by Apple Vacationers, it is truly a “People’s Choice” Award, bestowed to the “Best of the Best” in various categories. Each year, hundreds of thousands of customers complete a Vacation Satisfaction Questionnaire upon returning home from their Apple Vacation. The Golden Apple Award winners are determined through the data collected from these post-vacation surveys.
Apple Vacations’ Golden Apple Hotel Award is given to those hotels that have earned exceptional customer ratings. Some are moderate and others deluxe, but all Golden Apple Hotels offer an exceptional standard of quality, service, and value. Travel agents report that the Golden Apple designation builds consumer confidence and has a major influence on purchase decisions.
The Apple Vacations Golden Apple Gala was held at Chicago’s Science and Industry Museum, and attendees watched the awards presentation just steps away from a 40-foot simulated tornado. Gala guests also had the opportunity to explore the Science Storms exhibit and Transportation gallery.
Our Director, Mr. Leonardo Perli expressed his gratitude for receiving this award on behalf of all who make up the Casa Dorada team and pointed out the importance of creating unforgettable memories with our guests by all companies in the tourism sector.
